Who can claim a free bag of Till Zero coffee?
Verified veterans of any branch and any era, active-duty service members, police officers, firefighters and EMS personnel. We confirm service status before an order ships, and we may decline a claim we are unable to verify.
What does the free coffee actually cost?
The coffee is free. The claimant pays $5.55 flat-rate shipping, and nothing further. There is no subscription, and no payment method is kept on file.
How many free bags can one person claim?
One bag per person. The program is limited by our fulfillment capacity, and Till Zero Coffee may pause, cap, modify or end it at any time. Current availability is shown on this website.
Do you ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses?
Yes. Military mail travels by USPS only - UPS, FedEx and DHL do not carry it - and postage is charged at domestic rates. Typical transit is 7 to 21 days to a base and longer to a ship at sea. The address must name a specific person; mail addressed to Any Service Member has not been accepted since 2001.
Where do you ship?
United States addresses only at this time, including APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally. Standard shipping is $8.00, free on orders of $70.00 or more, and Express is $15.00.
Is buying Till Zero coffee a charitable donation?
No. Buying coffee or merchandise is a commercial purchase, not a tax-deductible donation. Revenue supports the Till Zero mission - free coffee for those who serve, sponsorships, partnerships and awareness work. Where a specific campaign contributes a stated amount to a named organization, that campaign says so.
