About These Policies
Till Zero Coffee LLC is a small-batch coffee company built around a larger mission: supporting the people who serve our communities and our country. Through coffee sales, merchandise, partnerships, sponsorships, events and other initiatives, we work to build an ecosystem that supports veterans, military personnel, first responders, search-and-rescue personnel and other public-service communities while advancing efforts aligned with reducing suicide among these populations toward zero.
These policies are intended to explain how orders, shipping, returns, subscriptions, privacy, mission-related promotions and other store activities are handled. Campaign-specific terms may apply when a particular promotion or partnership includes a stated charitable contribution.

1. Mission & Purchase Impact
Coffee With a Mission
Till Zero Coffee LLC exists for something larger than coffee. Our mission is to help build awareness, community, resources, partnerships and financial support around efforts seeking to reduce suicide among veterans, military personnel, first responders and others who dedicate their lives to serving the public.
We may support this mission through activities including sponsoring veteran, military and first responder programs or events; supporting suicide-awareness and suicide-prevention campaigns; participating in nonprofit and community partnerships; providing coffee or merchandise to aligned organizations and initiatives; making financial sponsorships or contributions; conducting collaborative fundraising campaigns; running educational and awareness campaigns; and building programs and initiatives operated directly by Till Zero Coffee LLC.
How Purchases Support the Mission
Revenue generated through Till Zero Coffee LLC supports the broader Till Zero Coffee ecosystem, including the operation and growth of the coffee company and its mission-related initiatives, partnerships, sponsorships, community activities and future programs. Unless a particular promotion expressly states otherwise, the purchase price of a Till Zero Coffee product should not be interpreted as a representation that a specific percentage or fixed dollar amount from that individual transaction will be donated to a particular nonprofit organization.
Campaign-Specific Contributions
When we conduct a campaign in which a specific amount or percentage of a purchase is being contributed to a designated nonprofit or community organization, the applicable campaign terms will identify the organization or beneficiary being supported, the amount or percentage of the qualifying purchase being contributed, the products or transactions that qualify, the beginning and end dates of the campaign, any minimum or maximum contribution, any geographic or inventory limitations, and any other material conditions.
Not a Charitable Contribution Unless Specifically Stated
Purchasing coffee or merchandise from Till Zero Coffee LLC is a commercial purchase. Unless specifically identified otherwise, purchases are not charitable donations and should not be treated as tax-deductible charitable contributions. Customers should consult their own tax adviser regarding charitable deductions.
Mission Outcomes
The phrase "Till Zero" represents our mission and aspiration to help move military, veteran, first responder and public-service suicide toward zero. It is not a guarantee of a particular individual, medical, psychological or societal outcome. Till Zero Coffee LLC cannot guarantee that purchases, sponsorships, awareness campaigns, partnerships or other initiatives will produce a particular outcome.
Not a Crisis Service or Healthcare Provider
Till Zero Coffee LLC is a coffee company and mission-driven organization. We are not a medical provider, mental-health provider, crisis-intervention center, emergency service or substitute for professional medical or psychological care. 2. Free Coffee for Those Who Serve
We provide a bag of coffee at no cost to verified veterans, active-duty service members, police officers, firefighters and EMS personnel.
- The coffee is provided free of charge. The claimant pays $5.55 flat-rate shipping, and nothing further. There is no subscription and no payment method is retained.
- One bag per person. United States shipping addresses only, including APO, FPO and DPO.
- We confirm service status before any order ships. We may decline a claim we are unable to verify.
- The program is limited by our fulfilment capacity. Till Zero Coffee LLC may pause, cap, modify or end the program at any time, and will indicate current availability on the website.
- Claims are for personal use and may not be resold.

We attempt to display our products, descriptions, photographs, prices and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Coffee appearance, packaging, product colors, roast characteristics and availability may vary or change. We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to correct errors, update information, modify products, limit quantities, cancel orders or discontinue products.
Small-Batch and Agricultural Variations
Coffee is an agricultural product. Flavor, aroma, roast appearance, density and other characteristics may vary between harvests and roast batches. Natural variations do not necessarily constitute a defect. Tasting notes do not necessarily mean that additional flavoring ingredients have been added unless specifically stated.
Food Allergies and Ingredients
Customers with allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions or medical concerns are responsible for reviewing product information before consumption. Contact us before purchasing or consuming the product if you have questions regarding ingredients or processing.
Intellectual Property
Till Zero Coffee LLC, Till Zero, associated logos, designs, artwork, photographs, slogans, packaging, graphics, website content, product names and other brand materials may constitute trademarks, copyrighted materials or other intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative commercial materials from our intellectual property without permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Till Zero Coffee LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
Recurring Charges
By enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the frequency and price disclosed when you enroll. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may also apply.
Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until canceled. Customers may cancel future subscription renewals using available account-management tools or by contacting info@tillzerocoffee.com. Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse a subscription order that has already been processed or entered fulfillment.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment, contact you for updated payment information, pause fulfillment or cancel the subscription.

5. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used toward eligible Till Zero Coffee LLC purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and cannot generally be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law.

6. Promotions, Sponsorships & Fundraising Campaigns
Till Zero Coffee LLC may periodically operate promotions connected to veteran, military, first responder, nonprofit, community or suicide-prevention initiatives. Campaign-specific disclosures will identify the organization or beneficiary, qualifying products, contribution amount or percentage, campaign dates, any minimum or maximum contribution, geographic restrictions, inventory limitations and other material conditions. Campaign-specific terms will control if they conflict with these general policies.

7. Brand Ambassador Program
Participation in a Till Zero Coffee LLC ambassador program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, joint venture or agency relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Ambassadors may receive discounts, products, referral commissions, promotional materials or other benefits under applicable program terms. Ambassadors are responsible for making legally required disclosures when promoting products in exchange for compensation, free products, discounts, commissions or other benefits.

8. Wholesale, Corporate & Bulk Orders
Wholesale, corporate, fundraising, event, sponsorship, bulk and reseller orders may be governed by separate quotations, agreements, payment terms, minimum quantities, production schedules and return policies. Retail policies may not apply to wholesale or other negotiated commercial purchases.
