Coffee is our part. This is not.

Till Zero exists for the people who serve. Some of what they carry after service has nothing to do with coffee, and the VA disability system sits near the top of that list: long forms, strict evidence rules, an exam that decides a lot, and a letter that can be hard to read.

We are not claims experts and we will not pretend to be. PRO 411's founder has spent more than ten years in VA claims work, first as a Veteran Service Officer and then writing appeals for the Board of Veterans' Appeals. The firm is veteran-run and built around teaching you the process rather than taking it out of your hands. That is why it is on our Community page.

Steven founded PRO 411, LLC after more than ten years of helping veterans through the VA disability claims process. He started as a Veteran Service Officer, working claims alongside veterans and their families, and went on to write appeals for cases before the Board of Veterans' Appeals, work that demands a close command of VA law, rating criteria and evidence.

He has worked with veterans in correctional facilities, in nursing homes and through community outreach, on everything from first applications to complex appeals. His view is simple: a veteran deserves more than someone who fills out forms. You should understand the process, know what evidence matters, and make informed decisions about your own claim.

Daniela Velez

Daniela runs operations at PRO 411: the systems, processes and standards behind a consistent, professional client experience. Before joining, she managed operations across several businesses for a real estate investment firm.

She served on active duty as an Animal Care Sergeant from 2015 to 2023 and continues to serve in the Army Reserve. She is completing a bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies with a concentration in Counterintelligence.

Is PRO 411 part of the VA?
No. PRO 411 is a private company. It is not sponsored by or affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs, or any federally chartered veterans service organization.
Can I get help with a VA claim for free?
Yes. Accredited Veterans Service Officers, through your county, your state veterans agency and chartered organizations such as the American Legion, VFW and DAV, help veterans file claims at no cost. You can check anyone's accreditation with the VA accreditation search on va.gov. PRO 411 is one option, not the only one.
Can anyone guarantee my rating?
No, and no one should promise you one. Under Florida law, a veterans' benefits provider may not guarantee a specific outcome, rating or amount. Be wary of anyone who does.
