    Roasts, quantity, frequency and where it is going. If something is unclear we will ask rather than guess.

  2. You get a quote

    A real figure for what you actually asked for, with an honest lead time attached to it. Nothing you sent commits you to anything.

  3. We roast and ship it

    Small batches, to order, packed by hand — the same as everything else that leaves here.

Worth knowing

  • A wholesale run takes longer than a retail order. We roast to order in small batches, so we would rather quote you a date we can hold than one you would like to hear.
  • If your timing is tight, say so. Reply to the email you are about to get and we will tell you straight whether it is possible.
  • Check your spam and promotions folders. Adding info@tillzerocoffee.com to your contacts is the reliable fix.
